Altitis Offline Quiz: Where was I last week?
As I have mentioned in the past, my current job has me travelling around a lot, which curtails my playtime from time to time.
I was abroad again last week and took some pictures from the office building I was staying at:
Who can guess the city I was in?
Sparky, you’re not allowed to enter

It’s Moscow.
Don’t go to the fascist countries.
I was going to guess Kiev, but I’ll go with Moscow too. That combination of Stalinist-Gothic and Greek Orthodox means that its nowhere near Paris, Texas…
I AM ALLOWED TO ENTER!
It is indeed Moscow
That was fast (even before Sparky spoiled it – hey buddy instead of ruining my quizzes on my blog why don’t you get back in-game? :-p )
Don’t go to the fascist countries Well, if we go with the definitions attributed to the political movement before the Axis losing a world war distorted everything on account of, well, having lost (which is, BTW, a good thing), that pretty much limits my travels to parts of Scandinavia and, oh, North Korea nowadays. The rest of the world wallows in some variants of fascism to various degrees.
That combination of Stalinist-Gothic and Greek Orthodox means that its nowhere near Paris, Texas…
Indeed. On the picture for instance you can see, in the background to the right, one of the “seven sisters”, which looks a bit like a cathedral. The interesting thing about it is that when you get closer, on the top of it, you’ll see a big red classical hammer and sickle sign which was never removed. Apparently these buildings were erected during the heyday of communist rule and used to host different ministries, or so I was told.
What you need to do is stop travelling so your pally can help my lowbie get some stuff he needs
