		<description>That much +healing should be fine for Kara!  Oz is a tough one, it may have been the case that your raid members were taking too much damage, rather than your heals being insufficient.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I agree on the no-room-for-mistakes concept, they've taken away a lot of the room for slack that the old-world instances used to have.</description>
