Blogroll Additions, end of October Edition

It’s time to put a spotlight on a couple of blogs I added to my blogroll.

First, I’m happy to announce that after a lot of searching and a bit of luck, I was finally able to find two active mage-oriented blogs I’d like to recommend you for the Arcanistic perspective they add to the game: Girl Meets WoW and Balls of Z (don’t ask me, I don’t get it, but then I’m known to be dense like concrete) bring the magical spark to the table.

For the pallies, it gets so damn hard to make a selection, because there’s simply too much good paladin blogs out there. Nonetheless, Honor’s Code is another fine tankadin writer and is, too, a must read for all things Holy Meatshielding.

Offering a broader perspective, Mystic Chicanery is one of the places I should have linked long ago. It is also quite heavily paladin-leaning but offers experiences from a couple of alts and others. Plus, I have so many stuff in the paladin resources, I just had to put Nibuca somewhere else :)
Raiders will find broader meta-thoughts pertaining to their favourite activity as well as general feed for thoughts at Apathy Inc. - certain recent disagreements nonwithstanding, the spirited Fate has a point of view you should find interesting pertaining to the broader picture.
Of a similar vein, Leiandra’s own blog, Zanderfin’s WoW “Casual” Raiding brings insights from the perspective of a guild leader on top of his experience as a raiding mage.

Where does that leave us? Shamans. The third of the great Hybrids appear to be suffering from a disappointing lack of active bloggers relating their experience in the game, and although there are a couple of blogs I could find, none seems to be active any more. If you know any, please let me know.
And warlocks - the two I linked appear to have gone into hibernation or something. Fortunately, I have a couple of others I’m currently considering, which should appear in their stead shortly.

And that’s it for today.

Thanks, Gwaendar! I really need to update my own blogroll in the next week or so.

I’ve wondered what’s up with the shammies, too. I try my best to write some of my generic dps-caster posts with them in mind, but my own shaman is level 26 and the only ones I’ve ever raided with have been enhancement or resto. Which is too bad, because elemental shamans are so nice in a mage group.

Anyhow, thanks again for the link, and let me know if you find a good shaman blog!

I think I’ve actually found something. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s last second October late month edition or something :)
