… And I’m an Altoholic.
Not any kind of Altoholic. The World of Warcraft kind, which comes complete with a looong list of toons which I have played at various intensities.
I guess that’s as good as any introduction. To make it complete, at the time of creating this blog, I had:
- A total of 27 characters spread over 4 realms
- 2 characters between level 60 and 70
- 2 characters between level 40 and 59
- 1 character between level 30 and 39
- 7 characters between level 20 and 29
- 11 characters between level 10 and 19
- 2 banking / AH mules
In terms of classes, from the top of my head, after 2 years in WoW, I have created (and in part deleted):
- 6 hunters
- 5 druids and 5 warriors
- 4 shamans
- 3 of all other classes (not counting the mules).
I am still a noob. I can’t claim any particuliar expertise on any of these. My raiding experience dates back to the level 60 endgame. I’m of the addicted casual variety - I manage to scrape together 2 to 4 hours of playtime more or less every night, while my little family is sound asleep.
I guess that does it in terms of introductions. Expectations are set, credentials given. Welcome to Altitis, yet another confession of one of these players unable to single-mindedly focus on getting a main up to the top.

Hi
My name is Althras (Suramar), I have 9 characters, all on one server, 3 70s, 1 66, and 5 other 60s. One of each class, with one low level horde character to chat with people on the other side. I am very much infected with Altitis. It is nice to meet you!
(P/S and even a greater pleasure to find a blog named Altitis!
